Ingredients Needed To Make the Breakfast Flatbread Pizza

  • Premade Flatbread or you can make your own
  • 2 cups scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked cubed ham
  • 1 cup red onions, sliced thin (optional)
  • 1/2 cup bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (any kind), divided
  • green onion for garnish

How to make the Scrambled Egg Breakfast Flatbread Pizza 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place flatbread on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Spread half the shredded cheese over the flatbread
  4. Spread eggs over the surface of the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle ham, onions, bacon, and the remaining cheese over the eggs.
  6. Bake for approx 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated through.
  7. Garnish with green onion and serve immediately.
