About Me

I have always struggled with fitness and weight. I have yo-yoed up and down the scale more times than I can count. However, I have been blessed with some amazing mentors who have helped me to learn about health and nutrition. Now, I want to share that knowledge with others who are also struggling.

I am grateful for all the great things in my life, including my wonderful family and friends. I am thankful for my health, even though it has been a struggle at times. And I am grateful for the opportunity to help others find their own path to health and happiness.

I studied under world re-known Holistic Health Practitioner Paul Chek as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach well as learning the art of massage therapy and I also undertook specialist strength and conditioning qualifications. It was during these formative years that I learned that the human body is a magnificent biological organism with a complex nature. Simply treating one issue was a simplistic view on things and invariably didn’t work. A classic example of this is the whole calories in vs calories out mentality to fat loss. Look how successful that’s been for the human race.

So my passion is to rid the first world of obesity (isn’t it ironic that the third world still suffers from starvation) through education, empowerment and a support.

To achieve this I influence my small circle through a personal training studio that reaches a couple of hundred people and this blog which will eventually reach millions.  If you’re reading this, welcome aboard.
