Metabolic Typing Questionnaire

Metabolic Typing Self Test

Before you start any nutritional plan, it’s important that you get the right ratio of proteins, carbohydrates and fats into you THAT BEST SUITS YOU!!!

Over millions of years of evolution, the human species evolved to eat what ever we could get our hands on.  Whilst some people ate a ton of fat (Inuit Eskimo) others like certain South American Amazonian Indian tribes were vegetarians, not because they worried about the way in which the animals were slaughtered but because there wasn’t a lot of wild game for them to eat.

What do you think Polynesians are genetically bred to eat?  Seafood, in season fruit and some in ground vegetables.  Certainly not fast food takeaways like McDonalds or KFC?

Fast forward to the 21st century and western civilisations now get their food from a supermarket.  Not only that but we can get any fruit or vegetable all year round.  We can get any meat we want, any fish we want and any processed piece of rubbish put in a box or a plastic bag, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Literally, we have no idea what ratio of proteins, carbohydrates and fats we’re meant to be eating so we literally over eat all three in the form of some ridiculous diet.  The high protein diet, the low fat diet, the high carbohydrate diet.

In order to work out what’s right FOR YOU, THROW AWAY all the diet rules you ever learned and ignore them all.

Now if you could eat anything you wanted for a whole week, and know you wouldn’t put on weight, wouldn’t lose weight, wouldn’t get sick and wouldn’t get smacked by a food coma after every meal, WHAT WOULD YOU EAT?
